Having experienced many winters and significant life and career changes, I'm dedicated to helping emerging yogis, those navigating career transitions, and women in midlife find balance and lead vibrant lives through gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, and career coaching.
My goal is to support you in connecting, resetting, refocusing, or gaining clarity, regardless of your stage in life, by sharing the practices that have been instrumental in my own healing journey.
After nearly two decades in Corporate Australia, specialising in global talent management and Employee Assistance, I transformed my career in 2013 by retraining as a Hatha Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Since then, I've established my own private yoga sanctuary, conducted international Australian yoga retreats, facilitated women's circles, and provided customized sessions for private clients. Now based in the stunning landscapes of Southern Tasmania, I integrate my diverse career experiences, combining insights from the Sivananda Tradition in Yoga contemporary leadership and career management philosophies in my guidance.
